Caldo de Res - flavorful experience at an affordable price

My wife and I prepared this in our instapot. Our daughter is too young to enjoy it, but we can't get enough. This is the third time in the past three months. The Caldo de Res is a Mexican dish. We picked up the beef shanks at the local market, El Super. On top is the potato, carrots, celery, tomato, and onion. All in a store bought broth. This delicious soup uses shank, which incorporates the bones (not pictured ) and marrow for great nutrition and flavor at an affordable price.
